The only criterion used to establish the model of quality of our products and services are the contractual requirements and the desires and expectations of our customers. The conditions of quality and contractual requirements must be reflected effectively in the specifications delivered to suppliers in a timely and through. Quality is a common task of all areas of the Company that their collaborators should assume that they are customers and suppliers of other departments and the organization contributing to the relations of mutual benefit and continuous improvement of the tasks performed by each. For this, there is the commitment of all the Collaborators for work in team. Each Pichelaria Cávado SA collaborator's is responsible for the quality of their accomplishment. The Responsible of Quality has the function drive the implementation of the Policy and Quality objectives and proves its performance through audits. The application of this policy requires the active integration of the entire human group of the company that the Directorate believes that are priorities the training and motivation to perform this function.
